Man, how come I never got any donations from BOT members back when I was a student running for the Town Council?

Would the Council also
Would the Council also consider, sometime down the road, the possibility of reserving seats for people who work or own businesses in Chapel Hill who happen to live outside the town limits? I understand that there are some seats available on some boards for such people, but that they are extremely limited (and not reserved).
