Staff are recommending that Council “request the Manager to return as soon as possible with appropriate agreements and budget recommendations to initiate preliminary engineering and outreach for the Rogers Road sewer project.”
Council will receive an update on the assessment of town-owned property, including potentially authorizing the Town Manager to seek potential buyers for the properties at 523 E. Franklin Street (the old library site), and 100 W. Rosemary Street (currently the IFC shelter).
Mayor Kleinschmidt and Council Member Storrow will bring back a petition to Council to vote on whether or not to end Chapel Hill’s sister city relationship with Saratov, Russia.
