Here are my detailed Chapel
Here are my detailed Chapel Hill predictions:
-Bill Strom and Sally Greene will finish in the top spots with about 3,500 votes.
-Cam Hill and Jim Ward will take the other two seats with around 3,000 votes.
-Penny Rich will finish with about 2,250 votes.
-Matt Czajkowski will have about 2,000.
-Will Raymond will finish last with around 1,700.
Sadly the low vote totals reflect what I think will be pretty low turnout.
After the election I'll tell you why I was right or why I was wrong. And two years ago I was wrong!

In hindsight year 2005 it's funny to see that 14% predicted Mark Kleinschmidt would come in second, and 14% predicted I would come in first. That's exactly what happened in 2005--I came in first and Mark second (by a handful of votes!).
